Will you cut my hair?

We welcome all who are interested in receiving our specialized services. We do not provide heat styling, such as curling irons or flat irons. Round brush blow-outs may be included as part of a shag service. Not sure if we provide what you want, or who to book with for what you need? Email us.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be cancelled, rescheduled or modified up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Appointments over 60 minutes require a 50% deposit, which is applied to the total at check-out.

No shows are charged the balance of the lost appointment(s). Late cancellations are charged if the time is unable to be filled. Cancellation charges are made to the credit card or deposit provided at booking.

To re-schedule, modify, or cancel your appointment, please do so via the High Noon Barber App, our online booking, or the links in your confirmations.

If you have issues modifying your appointment personally, please email us well in advance or text 639-998-6163 during business hours.

Do you do kid’s cuts?

We aim to provide everyone in our space with a relaxing experience. To avoid any disappointment or discomfort, please be confident your little one is ready to enjoy a calm, one-on-one experience with their barber. We recommend a minimum age of 5 years.

How can I make a group booking?

We accept bookings of three or more people from current clients in good standing. A valid credit card and/or deposit is required. If your group has more than four people, an automatic gratuity of 18% will be applied. To ask about a group booking, please email us.

Can I take photos?

For the comfort and privacy of our clients and team, we do not allow outside photography in our space without prior consent. This can be done through a rental rate, or group booking buy-out. To enquire about photography permissions, please email us.
